INGREDIENTS

1 bunch kale (Lacinato or curly)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 300° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Remove the kale leaves from the thick stems, then chop into bite-size pieces

In a medium size bowl, top the kale with the olive oil. Mix the seasonings and add to the kale. Toss until fully coated

Arrange seasoned kale on the parchment paper (on baking sheet), making sure the chips don't overlap

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are brown but not burnt

Let cool to room temperature and then enjoy!
Note: Try different seasonings such as parmesan cheese, Ranch, Everything But the Bagel etc.

Kale Dusted Popcorn
DIRECTIONS
Follow above recipe, using about ½ the amount of oil so they grind without the “powder” clumping. Grind and sprinkle
about ½ of the kale chips over popcorn (1/4 cup popcorn kernels). Season the popcorn with salt and parmesan cheese, if desired.
